To secure your booking and chosen bouncy castle, we require a £50 deposit, payable via bank transfer to our business account.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event and cleared before setup.
Weather Conditions
For safety reasons, KJM “Bounce About” reserves the right to cancel any booking due to adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions. Safety will always be our top priority.
Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund of the £50 deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48–24 hours of the event, and not due to any fault of KJM “Bounce About”, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
All equipment remains the property of KJM “Bounce About”.
The hirer accepts full responsibility for the equipment for the duration of the hire.
Any damage, misuse, or miscellaneous damage caused to our equipment will be invoiced to the hirer, who agrees to cover:
- The cost of repair, or
- Full replacement if the item is beyond repair.
Photographs are taken during setup to record the condition of the equipment. This allows any misuse or damage to be clearly identified upon collection.
Insurance & Liability
KJM “Bounce About” holds public liability insurance; however, our insurance does not cover misuse of the equipment or injuries resulting from misuse.
The hirer is responsible for:
- Ensuring the bouncy castle is used safely and as instructed
- Supervising all users at all times
- Preventing overcrowding, rough play, or inappropriate use
